first thruster, very similar to the Utimi strap on

It is very much like the strap on that I got with 3 attachments. I like unscrewing that and using the main dildo to just fill myself up while use a wand vibe. This seems a little thinner and longer and I'm just gettting use to all the crazy amount of options. It seems especially suited for couples play, because even with a lovely handle, unlike the other one I use, it is a learning curve for me to use that and a clitoral stimulator at the same time.
