I didn't even realize from the description, it's a soft rubbery TPE type of material. Which is a bonus, most of these are just hard plastic or hard metal. this one is coated with a soft rubbery material. But it's still a hard plastic frame inside. So it's very sturdy/solid, it's just coated with the material. didn't even know you could buy this style that would have a soft coating on it. Kinda neat.
