This is a very sturdy and simple to use product that any person male or female can use with ease and confidence without feeling embarrassed or shy. Is great for self no safe as wall as couple play. The padding on each of the cuffs is very durable well crafted..the padding is not very bulky but provides the comfort as if it were heavily padded.
