The item seems to be good quality. You get 1 motor, you have to push the motor to the tip. The vibrations are very strong. Although the sleeve diminishes sensations, the motor and the size makes up for it a bit and I can see how some couples would like it. You do get a lot of variety in vibration modes so that’s pretty nice. The motor seems to be water proof from my testing. The tip part is a bit difficult to clean as the only access to it is a small hole, but the rest is very easy to clean.
