It has good suction but you need to press in to get the air out the best you can. The vibration is alright but nothing impressive, just a bit of added sensation. THe rotation and thrusting, however, is great. Definitely gets the job done and can do it FAST too. I thought I would be overstimulated too much but it was just the right amount of extra at the end.
