So we have tried a couple of different styles and this one is the best by far. There are no hinges to pinch the skin, it's more 'breathable' than the solid plastic or silicone designs, and is not too heavy. It has been worn almost daily since purchasing it and have been told it's so comfortable he never want's to take it off.
We were also able to find here replacement locks and keys in the event that a key should break or disappear.
