This contraption has incredible vaccuum power in its suction and pump functions (almost too much 🤯). It adds nice flair to the rotation feature with a flicking tongue going to work on the tip of your tool. The thing that I find most exhilarating is the ability to add water (hot or cold) to provide a more realistic oral experience.
