This toy has proven very high quality for its cost effectiveness. It came in attractive packaging and each component was individually packaged in a clean bag. The packaging was attractive and simple, not trashy at all. While very intuitive to use on its own, the toy came with a small instruction booklet containing some brand backstory, warranty information, product specifications, detailed use instructions, basic troubleshooting, cleaning and storage directions, and safety information. I appreciate that the company provides several avenues to contact them. So far they have been very prompt and responsive when I have contacted them. The unit only takes a quick 2 hours to reach a full charge and it will last for an hour and a half before battery is depleted. The wand unit is very ergonomic and has simple buttons that are intuitive. The suction power is impressively strong and the 7 settings gives you plenty of options to find what you like most. When doing a basic test in my hand, it left a mark for a bit and required a purposeful tug to remove. Thankfully, the wand has a button that releases the suction so you won’t have to fight it to release yourself when you are finished. While the machine produces a light hum, it is much more quiet than many other toys. It stays under 60dB, that’s quieter than I personally was being while using this. My house has thin walls and my very helpful roommate could not hear it outside the room. I love that the suction pieces are in cute heart shapes. The silicone edges of each suction component is soft and smooth, remaining free of flaws. It makes this toy not only effective but also visually pleasing. Being an ABS and silicone product, it is effective near water so it should work for shower fun if that is more your speed. This toy has a ipx7 waterproof level which means it should be able to operate under a meter of water(a bit over 3 feet) for 30 minutes before sustaining damage. If that isn’t shower safe, I don’t know what is. The unit also came with 4 tubes, 2 at a length of 22cm and 2 measuring 58cm long. This makes it effective for both the pair of smaller suction cups and the larger suction cup to be usable solo or with a partner. Based on my at-home measuring, the size does match the documentation.

Strong suction on all 3 areas of interest. Great product for a great price!! Controls are easy and multiple speeds. It's waterproof and different than our other toys. We both enjoy this toy! Easy to charge, holds charge and long time. Easy to clean up.
