This Penis Sleeve Extender Set is very well designed and constructed out of high-quality materials. I really appreciate the durability of the silicone sleeves and the two different sizes provided. The testicle holder works great too! Using a little lubricant the sleeves are easy to put on and take off and they stay in place! We love the Vibrating Head which is easily controlled with the included remote control. Also we really enjoy the number of vibration levels and patterns.....which is amazing for such a small vibrator. The sleeves and vibrator are easy to clean after use. This is winner!

We started with the smaller of the two options and it was amazing. She usually doesn’t like toys due to the plastic feel. However, she was really enjoying it before the vibrator was even turned on. Then once I turned the vib on she was in heaven, she finished from penetration alone which is rare as she usually finishes with Cl*t stimulation. The vib also province perfect amount of stimulation for me. We will definitely be enjoying this often. We are also really excited to try the larger option. We both highly recommend this item.

What stood out to me the most was how the sleeve had little to no odor while being soft to the touch since a lot of TPE materials on the market (especially clear ones) have a strong odor associated with them. It’s easy to clean as well, rinsing it with warm water does the job. This also came with two sleeves of different sizes, but for most, you would typically only be able to use one of the two provided (so one of them will just be sitting in your closet collecting dust). Lastly, I’ll have to compliment the vibrating part which is separate from the sleeves and can also be controlled. Honestly just watching the little thing jump all over the table was an amusing sight in itself.

I am really impressed with this toy. It works wonderfully and the 2 sizes make it easy to find the perfect fit. The variety of settings is a fantastic feature. The only recommendation I have is to use a generous amount of lube when I setting the vibrator, as it makes removal much easier for cleaning later on. Since it's not waterproof, remember to remove it before cleaning. If you have trouble getting it out, gently spreading the opening with your fingers helps. It can be tricky, but it's manageable. Overall, I love it and would definitely recommend it!

First, I didn’t realize that it came with 2 different sizes when I ordered it, so that was a pleasant surprise. Second, I am currently in a long distance relationship so have only used these on other toys and not with a human, but I have no doubt these would great used that way too. My partner is girthy and I’m using these to size up my “average” sized toys in preparation for an upcoming visit. The vibrations are nice, I do like the light on it as well. I will say that I’m not too sure a partner would like them or not. When I go hard, the tip of the toy changes the mode that it’s on, which I don’t mind, I just think it might be too hard for a human to handle in that spot. The material isn’t sticky, there was no odor at all. I like the cylinder foam sticks in them to keep the shape of the extenders when not in use. They are super easy to wash. Lots of stretch, easy to put on my “bigger” toys (7.5” long and 2.75” circumference). They actually made one toy that was too rigid more comfortable to use. I like how they add just enough girth to feel “full” without feeling like I’m being stretched, if that makes sense. I highly recommend this item for anyone that wants to experiment with bigger sizes and to experienced players.

YOU MUST get this. This is incredibly amazing for couples. There are different vibration patterns ranging from low intensity to high which does a great job at stimulating both partners. A bonus to this is that the sleeve adds about an inch and a half of length as well as a bit of extra girth.
